Non-wood and laminated bats used in ages 5-13U with Fargo Area Sports MUST HAVE the USA Baseball logo sticker signifying that the bat meets the USABat – USA Baseball’s Youth Bat Performance Standard. Any bat WITHOUT this sticker is illegal and cannot be used. 

Starting with the 2026 season, USSSA bats are now permitted in the 14/15U division of the Red River Valley League (RRVL). USA Baseball bats remain allowed in this division as well. USSSA bats are not permitted in any other age division or program, unless otherwise specified.

All BPF – 1.15 bats are prohibited, and the maximum bat diameter for these divisions is 2⅝ inches.
