The NIT International Early Bird is intended for rec/league teams. We allow all-star players for the Early Bird, however, no travel/all-star teams that plan to participate in a sanction state tournament. Some examples of a sanctioned state tournament are below. This is to help keep a level playing field for all teams participating.

  • Access to the Baseball Exposure Events Mobile App: schedules, standings, and scores so fans back home can stay informed.
  • Tournament awards, bag tags, access to concession stands and much more.
  • 3 Game Minimum Guarantee (Weather permitting)
  • Entry/Gate Fee(s) $5 for single day or $10 for tournament pass. Coaches & players are free and anyone 7th grade or younger.
  • Each team will supply one new baseball per game.
  • Tournament brackets will be sent out to the coaches and posted on Exposure Events once available.
  • Field Dimensions:
    9U, 10U, 11U, & 12U - 46' x 60'

Registration Info

Please read before registering your team.

Registration:

  • Coaches will need to create a Exposure Events coaches account or sign in (if you already have an account with Exposure) before registering your team. This is to allow coaches to submit rosters in the Exposure Events app at least two weeks in advance before the tournament. If your roster isn't finalized, you can still register for the tournament now! Additional info regarding the roster process can be found below.
  • For the NIT Early Bird, there will be no separate skill divisions. 
  • Registration is not complete until payment is received. Please submit payment with a credit card on our online registration form. If you cannot pay with a card, please email [email protected] for a registration form.
  • If you're registering multiple teams for the same entry fee, please contact [email protected] and ask for a paper registration form. If you try using the same credit card, the processing system may not allow you to register multiple teams on the same day for the same price as it will, unfortunately, assume it's a duplicate transaction as a safeguard. Additionally, you can also wait 24 hours and complete the registration process again with the same card.
  • If you are a ND team, you must be a registered team with your local organization. After registration has been submitted, we will confirm with the local organization to confirm your registration.

Roster Submission:

  • Please submit the players first name, last name, and jersey #. If you do not have this information, you can still complete the tournament registration now and come back and finish the roster requirement at a later date. Age charts can be found below.
  • If your roster is finalized, you can submit this during the registration process.
  • If you have already registered but still need to submit roster information, you will need to sign in with your coaches login ID and password used during registration.
  • If you do not remember your login info, please reset your account password. If your youth program director registered you for the tournament, please contact them for login info or [email protected] to have your account linked to your personal email/team.

Pitch Counts:

  • Rosters will be used for pitch count purposes. Pitch counts must be submitted for your team ASAP after each game. For info regarding how to submit pitch counts, please click here. Make sure you log in with your own personal coach login used during registration.

Inclement Weather Policy

If the tournament is canceled due to inclement weather prior to the start of the tournament, each team will receive a full refund, minus a $50.00 administrative fee. If a tournament is canceled once tournament play has begun, refunds will be granted based upon the graduating scale below. 

NOTE: Any game that has started is considered to be a full and complete game for refund purposes.

Once brackets are finalized, an administrative fee of $50.00 may be charged if you drop out of the tournament or would like to request a different skill/age division.
