  • Attended Rutgers University in the Big Ten
  • Ranks in the top 10 in Rutgers school history in several different categories including hits, doubles, triples, home runs, runs, and total bases.
  • Signed a contact with the Arizona Diamondback in 2012
  • Has spent 8 seasons in professional baseball
  • In his time with the Sioux City Explorers, Lang currently leads the franchise in hits (642), games played (538), runs (432), doubles (106), triples (32), total bases (912), at-bats (2,135), plate appearances (2,421), and hit by pitches (52). 
  • Became the 13th player in league history to reach 600 career hits
  • 3x American Association All-star
  • Currently plays for the Saint Paul Saints where he helped them win their first championship (2019) in the American Association.



Zach Frazier

  • Attended University of Minnesota-Crookston
  • 4 year starting catcher where he finished his career 4th all-time in games started, 6th in RBIs, and 2nd in fielding percentage. 
  • In the summers of 2016 & 2017, Zach played for the Weyburn Beavers of the Western Major Baseball League.
  • Zach graduated in the spring of 2018, with his degree in Sports Management. 
  • Coached for the Post 400 Astros in 2019 & 2020. 
  • Currently the Assistant Director of League Operations for Fargo Youth Baseball.
 


Jeff Fiechtner

    • Head coach at Fargo North High School from 1998-2019. 
    •  Head coach of the Fargo Post 2 legion program from 2009 to 2011 and elected into the Post 2 HOF in 2007.
    • Currently coaches with Fargo Post 400 as the program pitching coach and is an assistant for the Stars.
    • Helped lead Fargo to two state championships as a player in 1974 and 1976. He hit .318 for his career at the plate with 17 home runs, 35 doubles, and 127 RBIs.
    • Jeff really excelled on the mound with a 21-11 record with a 2.26 ERA over three seasons at Post 2.
    • Attended junior college at DMACC (Boone, IA) and was All-District and compiled an 18-7 mound record with a 1.96 ERA.  He then went on to Grand Canyon University in Arizona where his team won back-to-back NAIA national championships in 1980 and 1981. 
    • Played one year in the San Diego Padres Organization and four seasons in Western Canadian League where he had a 39-11 mark with a 1.41 ERA including one league championship and the MVP of the league in 1981.
    • Played three seasons in Australia where his team won three straight national titles and he was the tournament MVP all three seasons and league MVP twice. 
    • Has coaching stints in Canada, Grand Canyon, Kensington Australia, Arizona, and Fargo.
