Improve your baseball skills this March with our Small Group Sessions at The ATTIC. Players will train in a focused, small-group environment (max of 6 per group) led by experienced instructors specializing in hitting, pitching, and catcher development. Each session is designed to build strong fundamentals, boost confidence, and create a fun, supportive training experience for athletes of all ages and skill levels.

Focus: Stance, receiving, blocking, footwork, and throwing mechanics.

Focus: Fundamentals of stance, grip, swing mechanics, strength, and power development.

Karson Spiess: Karson played baseball for Fargo North, Post 400 and Post 2. With Post 2, he won a state championship in 2017. Coach Spiess has coached with Fargo Youth Baseball and Fargo North. Karson interned with the Bismarck Larks and was involved with the Houston Astros and Washington Nationals as Field Operations.

Zach Frazier: Zach was a four-year starting catcher at the University of Minnesota–Crookston, where he ranks fourth all-time in games started, sixth in RBIs, and second in fielding percentage. He played competitively with the Weyburn Beavers in 2016 and 2017. Zach brings a deep understanding of the catcher position and game strategy to his player development.

Mason Quick: Mason currently serves as an assistant coach at Fargo South and for the 15/16U ‘61s team. He brings extensive international playing experience, having spent four professional seasons competing in Germany, Austria, and New Zealand as a versatile two-way utility player, posting a career .334 batting average. Mason’s coaching career is equally diverse, with experience in the U.S., Germany, Austria, and New Zealand, working with players from 5U through advanced player-coach roles.

His career highlights include winning an Austrian league championship in 2023, back-to-back Finkstonball tournament titles in 2022 and 2023, and a softball championship as a coach in 2019. Mason played collegiate baseball at Valley City State University and Minnesota State University Moorhead and previously served as the Head Legion Baseball Coach in Pillager in 2017.
