To extend Roger Maris’ passion for improving youth development through sports, multiple youth sports clinics will be held throughout the week. Both the Maris family and Sanford Health believe youth participation in sports helps teach sportsmanship, teamwork and leadership, while building self-confidence.

Each clinic is free to attend and will help build the confidence kids need to make the right decisions—on and off the field. Clinics will be conducted by professional athletes and the region’s best coaches.

Tuesday, June 15

• Baseball (grades 3-4), 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Longfellow Park
• Baseball (grades 5-6), 1 to 2:30 p.m., Longfellow Park

Wednesday, June 16

• Baseball (grades 3-4), 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Lindenwood Park
• Baseball (grades 5-6), 1 to 2:30 p.m., Lindenwood Park
